  1. Mix yeast,sugar and warm water in bowl
  2. Let it rest for 5-7 mins or till its foamy
  3. In a big bowl mix together flour  salt and wheat gluten
  4. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture,add yeast mixture and olive oil
  5. Knead the dough
  6. Transfer the dough on flat lightly floured working surface and knead with the heels of the hand till the dough is soft(8-10 mins)

  16. Cover the focaccia with clean towel or greased plastic wrap and let it rest for another 30-45 mins
  17. Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees
  18. Uncover the focaccia and gently make the dimples with your fingers on it
  19. Put the seasoning on the top of it and sprinkle with coarse salt on it
  20. Bake the focaccia for 20-25 mins, until its golden brown
  21. Serve warm…..
