- add olive oil to pan on medium heat & add minced garlic & do not let burn
- chop tomatoes & remove seeds & add to pan if you don't want skin from tomatoes boil for a minute and peel skin off…or empty can of chopped tomatoes into pan & either way add a cup of water unless you like a very thick sauce
- add all other ingredients & stir in & let cook on medium heat
- if sauce is too watery add tablespoon of tomato paste at a time until desired thickness is reached
- cook & let simmer for another 15 minutes stirring & pressing down to crush tomatoes
- cook until desired thickness is reaches & serve on top of your favorite pasta or food & enjoy!
