Instructions to make Frittata:
  1. Gently fry the onion in the oil about 5mins. Cut the bacon into pieces. Cook until onion softens and bacon starts to cook. Add chopped tomatoe. Cook until juices start to evaporate.
  2. Mix together eggs, grated cheese and cream. Add to pan. Make sure egg mix covers pan.
  3. Cook without touching on a med to high heat for about 10-15mins. When the top starts to firm put under grill for about 10mins until golden and firm all over.
