  3. Pressure cook it for 2 whistles and turn off the flame.
  4. Once the pressure is released, take a pan add ghee to it and put cooked beet root then add sugar, cardamom powder and stir continuously, then it will take more than 1/2 hour to get ready.
  5. Once ready add fried cashews for garnish and serve, delicious halwa is ready.
