  4. While the oil is getting heated, take a small portion of the dough. Roll it into a log shape.
  5. Now, place the rolls on the pan and shallow fry them
  6. Keep turning so that they get cooked from all the sides evenly - Take out on an absorbent paper when done - Enjoy with chutney

Then roll it over bread crumbs so rolls get perfected coated with bread crumbs. Now transfer the coated roll to a plate. Repeat the steps to prepare other rolls in a similar way. Now gently drop these coated rolls in the hot oil. Place the beet roll seam side down in the roasting pan.
