- Take a bowl now add gram flour,rice flour and all the spieces now first mix dry ingred properly.the add water in generously amt and make a thick batter..
- Now chopped thick slices of potatoes and wash it properly.keep it aside..now take a woke add oil heat it up and check the temprature by dropping little batter of gramflour.when its enough hot.now take a potato slice and dip inthe batter while frying put baking soda..now deepfry yours pakoda from both the sides till it become golden and crispy..when its done take out in a napkkin plate and absorb the extra oil.and serve it with ketchup.and add chat masla on pakoda..enjoying it😋😋🥔
