  20. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  21. Make ready 1/4 tsp hing powder
  22. Make ready 2-3 chili
  23. Get 1/4 tsp methi seeds
  24. Prepare 1/3 cumin seeds
  25. Get 1/3 mustard seeds
  26. Make ready 8-10 crushed,garlic cloves
Instructions to make Cheese Kofta Kadhi:
  1. Mix well the ingredients of kofta. Make the koftas according to choice and shallow fry in medium flame, both the sides of koftas.
  2. Beat the curd and mix the fried 1/4 cup besan with it, ensuring, no lumps formation. Mix the curd mixture with the whey.
  3. In the same kadhai (koftas were fried) heat the oil and first add the methi seeds, cover and let them splutter. Then add mustard and cumin seeds and allow to splutter them. Add crushed garlic and fry.
  4. Add the prepared kadhi (whey mix) and boil for 7 minutes in low-medium flame. Then add the cheese koftas and boil for 2 minutes. Add the tempered chili to the kadhi.
