  5. For gravy: In a grinder add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger, cloves, black peppercorns, coriander seeds and make a smooth puree.
  6. In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add puree and saute till raw smells goes off. Add haldi powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well and cook till oil floats. Add 2 cups water and let it boil. Add chopped coriander and let it boil for 5 mins.
  7. Then add the koftas and cook for more 5 mins. Garnish with some chopped coriander. Serve with chapati… (Dont make the gravy too thick as when you add koftas it will absorb the gravy and it will become thick)
