- Method For bhaji - Heat the butter and oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the chilli-garlic paste and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

- Add the carrots and sauté for 1 more minute. - Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, mash well using a potato masher.
