  1. First wash fenugreek leaves,soak 2 minutes and drain it.
  2. Take a bowl and put besan, add fenugreek leaves, semolina, ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt mix it well.
  3. Take half of water and mix it.take water again if requried. Don't add full water at a time.
  4. Now make bhaji batter consistency. Keep aside for 5 or 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes add baking soda into it mix it well. Immediately make bhajis from this batter.
  6. Heat oil in a pan at low to medium flame. Put bhajis into it and fry at low medium flame.
  7. Serves hot with fried green chillies or tomato sauce or chutney.
