- Mix gram flour and rice flour in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add water slowly and make a thick batter. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and crushed garlic and mix.
- Wash, peel and Chop onion. Mix the onion in gram flour batter.
- Heat oil in a wok. Now add 1 tb spoon mixture in it and fry till golden brown. 6-8 bhaji can be fried at a time. Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden. Make all the bhaji like this and transfer it in a plate.
