  1. In pressure cooker heat oil add ekadashi flour saute till colour change (approx 2min) then add jeera and groundnut powder saute for few seconds.
  2. Then add cut potatoes black pepper and salt mix well then add 1glass water then give 1 whistle. Then mast some potatoes with the help of a spoon.
  3. Then add tamarind water it's optional then boil for 5mins on slow flame. Ready to eat Delicious EKADASHI BHAJI. Serve and sprinkle black pepper
