Fry, it becomes fragrant Now add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes. now add chopped tomato fry till tomatoes fry and turn soft to it add red chilli powder, pav bhaji garam masala powder, and fry it for 2 minutes until the raw smell of the mixture goes away. Now add boiled mash vegetables add little water to bring consistency.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes until the bhaji thickens. Now add kasuri methi into it. For toasting pav. Heat butter on a pan open the buns and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on the butter. Now place the pav and toast them for 2 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges onion and chopped coriander leaves. Serve pav bhaji hot.
