The buns that I used for the pictures are whole grain burger buns. Pav buns are soft white like these super Soft buns. Pav bhaji is a common street side food, usually served on a plate with shallow fried buns on the side. Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India.

Steps to make Pav bhaji (Soya bhaji):
  1. These are the all ingredients.
  2. Take 2 tsp oil in pan… Add ginger garlic and green chillies saute it. Now add onion cook it 2 mins then add capsicum and cook it 2 mins in low flame.
  3. Add Soya granules and cook it then add potatoes and mix it well. Cook it.
  4. Then add all spices and cook it.
  5. Now add crushed tomato (u can add puree) cook it 3 mins then add water and lemon juice and cook it for 10 mins on medium flame.
  6. I am making it dry (coz in my family everyones like thick bhaji) but you can make little watery texture…. Bhaji is ready…..
  7. Take ghee/butter in add add 1/2tsp red chilli powder & pav bhaji masala just mix it then put pav (cut it from centre only three sides, one side joint) on it for 10-20 seconds.
  8. Serve it hot hot with onion….
