Pav Bhaji Recipe - About Pav Bhaji Recipe Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe: Pav Bhaji is one of the most popular Indian snacks, specially in Maharashtra. - Now make tomato puree in A grinder put green chillies also. Make a hollow hole in the centre of the vessel by shifting veggies on the edges and put tomato puree. Sprinkle some salt and pav bhaji masala. Mix well. And let it simmer for few minutes.
- Mix well check seasoning and add the boiled peas. Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low for few minutes. Turn off flame. garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve with butter-roasted pav, finely chopped green salad and lemon wedges.
