  4. Now add the mashed vegetables in the tadka and mix well. Add boiled peas and some paneer cubes (save some for garnish).
  5. Your pav bhaji is ready. Add some paneer cubes and butter from the top before serving. Lemon can also be added. Serve with fresh Pavs (roasted on tava with butter), sliced onions and mint chutney.
