- Then heat pan. Add 1/2 cup butter. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 minutes. Now add Chopped onion. Cook it for 2-4 minutes. Now add rest of bhaji masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well. Then add prepared bhaji. Mix again. Cook it for 2 minutes. Then add water. As required. Cook bhaji until become soft. Then add butter. Garnish with coriander.Bhaji is ready.
