The ingredients needed to make Mutton Kofta Masala:
  1. Prepare 250 grms Mutton keema
  2. Make ready 1 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  3. Take 1 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  4. Prepare 1 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  6. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1 chopped small onion
  9. Get leaves Chopped corinder
  10. Take Grinded green chillies
  11. Prepare Fried onions(birista)
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp kaju/magaz
  13. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Get Oil
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp besan
  16. Take 1 big potato
  17. Prepare 2 tomato
  18. Take 2 tbsp ghee
Steps to make Mutton Kofta Masala:
  1. Take washed and completely strained Keema in this add cumin powder+corinder powder+red chilli powder(1/4 tsp each)+salt+ onion chopped and some corinder leaves +besan(chane ka aata)+ 1/2 tsp grinded green chilli mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Grinded tomato to make a paste keep aside.then take fried onion(1//3 cup)+ kaju and little water and make a paste.
  3. Now heat oil(1/3 cup)in kadhai and take Keema and make tight balls of it and fry them till they turns to golden brown.in that same kadhai fry thick slices of potato and keep aside.
  4. In remaining oil add 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste and saute few seconds then add grinded tomato and cook untill oil seprates.add fried onion paste and cook for 2 mins.
  5. After that add red chilli powder+cumin powder+ coriander powder (1 tsp each) +garam maslaa powder+ turmeric powder+ salt and saute for 2 mins then add ghee and mix it well add 1/3 cup water and fried koftas and potato cover and cook for few minutes untill oil serprates and masala gets thick.
  6. Now turn off the flame and add fried onion(1/4 cup) mix it well garnish with corinder leaves and serve.
