Cut ladies finger into small roundales. Heat oil in kadhai fry the ladies finger and powdered masala till it is cooked.   4. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli powder.mix the spices with the onion.now add the bhindi,salt and stir very well.
  5. Bhindi fry is ready.You can garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapatis and dal rice.

I love fried okra!! the only thing I canged was I used corn oil instead of olive oil left out the mustard seeds & put the sliced okra into some breading before I fried it!! I also used vegetable spray instead of the oil..
