- Get 1.5 cup soyabean
- Make ready 3 tbsp roasted gram flour

- Get 3 tbsp mint leaves

- Take 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Get 1 tsp poppy seed
- Get 4-5 almonds
- Get as per taste Salt
- Get 2-3 tbsp oil
- Prepare 100 gms paneer
- Get 1-2 pinch yellow colour
- Prepare For gravy:-
- Take 2 medium sized onion paste
- Take 1 tsp ginger paste
- Take 1 tsp Garlic paste
- Take 1/4 cup oil
- Take 3 tbsp Coriander powder
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Make ready as required Water for gravy
Instructions to make Veg Nargisi Kofta:
- In a pan take hot water soaked the soybean for 15 minutes. Then squeeze the soybeans to remove water.put in a plate. Make sure there is no water in it.
- Take a mixer jar put the soya chunks in it and add all the above ingredients in it except paneer and colour. Then grind it and make a smooth paste. Do not add water bcoz ghee gives it nice moisture so no need of adding water. Keep aside.
- Mash the paneer with ur palm and give a smooth texture. Take out 1/4 portion from paneer and add yellow food colour and make very small balls to make yolk.now take a white portion of paneer flat with your fingers put the yellow Part in it cover it with white part to give a shape of an egg.prepare all the paneer balls like this.
- Now grease your hand with oil, take a good amount of soya mixture on between ur palm put the paneer balls in it and cover carefully. Prepare all the Kofta. Take a nonstick pan put little oil and shallow fry all the Kofta carefully. Keep aside
- For gravy take a pan add oil heat it. Add onion paste and saute untill it turns light brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Add Coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.mix well add little water cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame Stir occasionally. When the masala cooked well and oil comes out add water as ur desire consistency of gravy add garam masala powder and cook.when it boils turn out the flame and leave it for 3-4 minutes.
- Take a serving bowl take some gravy put Kofta on it serve with naan or roti.
