  5. Dip the bhindi (okra) into the batter, coat them with sooji and keep them in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the coated bhindi (okra) on a medium flame until they turn golden and crisp.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve crispy bhindi as a side dish with lunch or dinner.
