- Karahi lein. Or us mn 1 cup oil dalen. Jab oil gram ho jaey to is mn bhindiyan dalen or 2 minut ke liey as it is fri hony dein. Phir kafgir se boht ehtiyaat se inhn upar nichy karein. 3 minut ke liey fri karein. Laus khtm hojaey to bhindi ko nikal ke plate mn rakh dein.
- Remaining oil add karein. Or piyaz add kar dein. Jab piyaz soute ho jaen to tomato cubes add kar ke mazeed 4 minut tak pkaen ta ke dono cheezain gal jaen
- Ab is mn dried ingredients add kar dein. Achy se mix karein or sth e fried bhindi or green chilli add kar dein. Bhindi ko masaly mn achi trh mix karein. Or 6-7 minut ke liey dam wali aanch py pkny dein. End mn kalonji dalen or mix kar lein.
- Platter mn dalen. Gram gram tandoori roti or lassi ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah😊
