  1. First of all, Slit the ladyfingers into length wise and Take a bowl, Add Red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt and Ladyfinger's and mix well with your hands….and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai, Now Add gramflour to the marinated ladyfinger's strips and mix till evenly coated…
  3. Now put the marinated bindi into hot oil and deep fry until crisp and golden brown….Drain on absorbent paper….And Serve hot with bread,chappati or any roti….
