  4. Bhon'ne ke baad bhindi add kar dein or achi trhan mix kar ke 10 se 15 min low flame par dam par rkhn
  5. Bhindi gal jaay tooo us ke upar sabaz dhaniyan r sabaz mirchen daal dn

Bhindi fry recipe - thinly sliced bhindi are mixed with besan and shallow fried in little oil till they are slightly crispy and crunchy. Then sauteed and mixed with onion and spices. I love fried okra!! the only thing I canged was I used corn oil instead of olive oil left out the mustard seeds & put the sliced okra into some breading before I fried it!! I also used vegetable spray instead of the oil..
