  3. Add water bring it to boil, cover the lid and cook until meat gets 80% tender.
  4. Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and cumin powder, cook for 2-3 minutes. - Add water, cover the lid and cook until meat gets tender fully.
  5. Add fried onion, lady finger, garam masala and mix well.
  6. Add water and cook for 4-5 minutes. - Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and turn off the flame.Now it's ready.

I have used the less time-consuming method yet preserved the authentic flavor. The lamb is cooked to perfection; it is tender and has absorbed. Now wash bhindi, dry it and cut upper and lower part. When water of meat dries, add bhindi and green chilies, roast it slightly, put hot water again, cover it and cook on low flame.
