Cut ladies finger into small roundales. Heat oil in kadhai fry the ladies finger and powdered masala till it is cooked. - Take some oil in a kadhai and turn on the flame. Add sliced green chillies and cumin seeds,let it crackle then add sliced bhindi.
- After 5 min add roasted spices, turmeric powder, Kashmiri lal powder,salt, aamchur and saute it on high flame.
- Saute it at regular intervals till it becomes crispy or ac to your taste.
Bhindi fry recipe - thinly sliced bhindi are mixed with besan and shallow fried in little oil till they are slightly crispy and crunchy. Then sauteed and mixed with onion and spices. This delicious everyday kind of cripy bhindi sabzi goes perfect with roti/phulka or chapati. I love fried okra!! the only thing I canged was I used corn oil instead of olive oil left out the mustard seeds & put the sliced okra into some breading before I fried it!! I also used vegetable spray instead of the oil..
