I have used the less time-consuming method yet preserved the authentic flavor. The lamb is cooked to perfection; it is tender and has absorbed. Now wash bhindi, dry it and cut upper and lower part. When water of meat dries, add bhindi and green chilies, roast it slightly, put hot water again, cover it and cook on low flame. You can serve this with rice or a fluffy chapati - my particular favorite with this.
