  6. Make ready 1 small Onion, diced
  7. Take 1/2 Carrot, peeled and minced (optional)
  8. Make ready 1 Rib celery, diced
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Minced garlic (2 cloves)
  10. Prepare 3 lb Ground beef
  11. Prepare glaze
  12. Make ready 3/4 cup Keychup
  13. Make ready 2 tsp Prepared horseradish
  14. Get 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions to make Granny's Meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix glaze ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients except beef. Crumble beef over mixture and toss to combine. (Do not over mix, that makes meatloaf tough).
  3. Form into two loaves on sheet pan lined with tinfoil. Bake 10 minutes. Spoon on glaze.
  4. Bake 45-50 minutes longer. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes, loosely renting with foil.
