- Add little water and cover the lid, cook it for 2-3 minutes or until the tomatoes become soft and the oil comes over. Now add the fry bhindi mix well in the masala and add 1/4 cup water cover the lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes.stir occasionally.
- After it cook add the garam masala powder and mix well cook for another minute and turn off the gas. The bhindi masala is ready.
