Instructions to make Bharwa bhindi:
- Wash and nicely dry the bhindi.. Cut them from the middle length wise such a way that it would not divide in two parts..
- In a bowl mix all the dry masala along with ginger and green chillies..
- Fill the mixed masala properly in bhindi..
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and than the filled bhindi and cover the pan..
- After 6-7 minutes remove the cover and turn all the bhindi upside down very carefully so the masala won't come out and they can cook from every side.. Cover it again for 6-7 minutes and switch off the flame.. Let it cover for more 3-4 minutes.. our masala bhindi are ready to serve.. Enjoy them with chappatis..
Wipe them dry with kitchen towel or paper towel very well.
