- Wash lady finger properly then cut in big pieces
- Fry them till soft
- In other pot put curd +besan +ginger garlic paste + corriender powder+haldi +chilli powder +salt and mix well
- In a kadahi put two tbs of oil
- Put jeera and onion and fry till light brown
- Then put curd mixtre and cook for 4/5minutes
- Then add fried bhindi cook for two minute add kasoori methi and your masala bhindi is ready
