  2. Fry them till soft
  3. In other pot put curd +besan +ginger garlic paste + corriender powder+haldi +chilli powder +salt and mix well
  4. In a kadahi put two tbs of oil
  5. Put jeera and onion and fry till light brown
  6. Then put curd mixtre and cook for 4/5minutes
  7. Then add fried bhindi cook for two minute add kasoori methi and your masala bhindi is ready
