  8. Get 2-3 pieces Amchor /sokhi khatae/Keri (optional)
  9. Take (sokhi khatae ko garam pani me 10 sy 15 mint bhigo dein pani phenk kar istemal karein)
  10. Take Half cup Oil
  11. Take 1 1/2 tbs / to taste Salt

  2. Phr piyaz Dal ke fry karein.
  3. Gulabi hony lgy to zeera bhi dal dein golden hojaey to bhindi, hari mirchen or crushed chillies dal kar pehly 2 sy 3 mint. tez anch par fry karein.
  4. Then khatae dal kar halki anch par dum par rkhden.
  5. 5 mint baad namak dal kar mix karein or bhindi gal jany tak dum par rakh ke pakaen.
  6. Lejiy mazedar fry bhindi tayar hy.
