  5. Take As required Coriander leaves
  6. Get 2 Green Chillies
  7. Get 2 tbsp Curd
  8. Make ready 2 tomato puree

We start by cooking the bhindi first until the sliminess almost goes away. Once that is done, then we cook the masala and then add the cooked bhindi to it.   1. Firstly wash and cut bhindi, slit in middle, then put spices in each bhindi and keep aside.
  2. Then make a coarse paste of dry masala, in a Kadai put oil when heating put these masalas, stir for 2 minutes, then add bhindi with masala, then stir for few minutes and then add little curd and tomato puree.
  3. Then fry for 2 minutes and cover the kadhai by adding little water and garnish with little garam masala over it.
