Instructions to make Tawa Bhindi:
  1. Take a tawa and fill it with oil and turn on stove
  2. Wash cut Head and tail
  3. Then cut in small pieces
  4. Add potatoes cubes
  5. Fry until light golden colour and put it aside
  6. Add tomato and green chillies chopped in the same oil you used for the potatoes
  7. Stir continuesly until tomatoes are soft
  8. Add haldi powder

  12. Coriandar powder
  13. Salt
  14. Mix it all until combined
  15. Mix it until becomes a smooth paste
  16. Also add fried onions

  18. Then add bhindi nicely mix
  19. Add lemon juice
  20. Also add fried potatoes mix
  21. Cover it medium to low flame atleast 20 minutes
  22. Remove the lid then put flame on high stirring continuesly for 5 minutes
  23. Tawa bhindi is ready to eat
