- In a blender add peanuts, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garlic pods and make fine powder.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds. Allow it to crackle and add chopped onions. Saute the onion till they turn light golden.
- Add the bhindi into it and cook it. Mix it when it starts to become tender and soft. Now add the prepared powder in it and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice according to taste and serve.
