This Okra Fry recipe is an easy snack like recipe made with Bhindi (Lady Finger). It is great as a side dish with the combination of dal-rice, sambar-rice, curd-rice or even with plain chapatis or parathas. - Take a kadai add oil and let it get hot..
- Now add bhindi, haldi and salt and let bhindi get cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until it get cooked(on high flame)
- Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king, maggi masala, garam masala powder… and mix well
- Take a diffrent pan add one spoon oil into it and let it get hot… add all the raw masala into it(kalonji, saunf, rai, jeera, dhania)
- Saute it for 2 minute or till golden brown.. turn of the flame and add this to bhindi,,,mix well
- Bhindi is ready to serve !!
