  1. Wash and cut lady's finger into similar shapes.
  2. Take oil in pan and add mustard seeds methi dana cumin seeds and pinch of hing let them flutter now add ginger garlic paste and saute then add our vegetable lady's finger into it and saute it then add on all masalas like coriander powder salt chilli powder turmeric powder etc. and mix well than let it heat up for 5 minutes
  3. When they are tender, add chopped tomatoes and combine well and again cook for 5 minutes when they cooked well switch off the flame and garnish them by chopped coriander leaves and serve this curry with phulkas or rotis.
