- Make ready tsp Haldi1
- Take 1 tsp Zeera powder

Instructions to make Fry BHINDI:
- Heat the oil
- Add zeera stir afew minutes
- Add onion fry for nice colour
- Also add chopped tammoto or green chilli
- Mix very well and tammoto are soft
- Add all dry ingredients mix well
- Add curd mix of both
- Also add bhindi for mix high flame it 5 minutes
- Mix very well
- Covered to 15 to 20 minutes
- After 15 minutes flame off then add lemon juice
- Fry bhindi ready to eat serve with chapati
In Hindi, Kurkuri means Crisp and Bhindi is Okra. This Okra Fry recipe is an easy snack like recipe made with Bhindi (Lady Finger). It is great as a side dish with the combination of dal-rice, sambar-rice, curd-rice or even with plain chapatis or parathas. Fry the okra in little oil before adding it to the curry/masala.
