- Add onion curd paste,mix well and cook for 2 min., add garam, coriander, red chilli,salt and turmeric powder.
- Add water,cover and cook for 8 min. Open the lid and cook in high flame for 5 min.Turn off the flame. Mixed vegetable kofta is ready to serve.
