- In a mixer with whisk attachment or with a hand mixer, whisk chickpea water until white and firm (should look like whipped egg white).

- Preheat oven to 100°C. Grease baking sheet with Spray and Cook. Pipe mixture with piping bag and star nozzle on greased baking sheet.
