  17. Prepare 6-7 Cloves
  18. Prepare 6-7 Black pepper corn
  19. Make ready 1 inch piece cinnamon

  22. Prepare 1/2 bunches Mint and coriander leaves
  23. Take 6 green chilies whole
  24. Get 6-7 Aaloo bukhara
  25. Prepare 1 cup Yogurt
  26. Get 1/2 tsp Zarda color
  27. Get 1/2 tsp kewra water
  28. Get 1 tbsp chat masala
  29. Take 1 tbsp biryani masala any brand
  30. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions to make Beef Biryani:
  1. In a pan add half cup of ghee,add beef fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add g.g paste,tomatoes, bay leaf,green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper corn,star anise,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder and salt and half brown onion and let it cook for 1 to 2 hours or until beef gets cook completely.
  3. In a bowl beat yogurt with kewra water and zarda color
  4. In a plate put dried plum mint and coriander leaves,tomatoes chat masala,garam masala,and biryani masala and set aside.
  5. Now boil rice with salt and black cumin,strain and set a side
  6. Now layer the biryani,
  7. In base beef masala,then pour over yogurt mixture,mint and coriander leaves, chat masala,garam masala,biryani masala,green chilli,brown onion and cooked rice over masala,sprinkle food color,fried onion and remaining ghee.
  8. Cover tightly and put on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes,then slow the heat and put it on dum for 12 to 15.
  9. Serve with raita and salad.
