The ingredients needed to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. Get 500 gm Chicken
  2. Take 4 cups Water
  3. Prepare 1/4+1/2 cup Oil

Instructions to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. Soak the rice and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pot and add ginger garlic paste,fry for a min,add in the chicken and water.
  3. Once the chicken is tender,the water is 3/4 cup left,turn off the flame and set aside.
  4. Boil potatoes in seasoned water with a pick off food color.
  5. Add rice in the heated water with salt and cumin and cook until 3/4 done. set aside.
  6. In a separate pot,fry onions,take it out in a plate,add in the tomatoes,coriander,mint and aloo bukharay and crush with hands.
  7. In a big pot,add in the chicken with masala, pour the onion mixture evenly,put boiled potatoes and sprinkle the food coloring,pour the rice and drizzle 1/2 cup Oil.
  8. Cover with a lid.Put the flame on high for initial 7 mins.
  9. Once the it is extremely hot,lower the flame and keep it on dum for 10 -15 mins.
  10. Once cooked,mix well and enjoy with chilled cold drink 😋❤
