- Get 500 gm Chicken
- Take 4 cups Water
- Prepare 1/4+1/2 cup Oil

Instructions to make Chicken Biryani:
- Soak the rice and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pot and add ginger garlic paste,fry for a min,add in the chicken and water.
- Once the chicken is tender,the water is 3/4 cup left,turn off the flame and set aside.
- Boil potatoes in seasoned water with a pick off food color.
- Add rice in the heated water with salt and cumin and cook until 3/4 done. set aside.
- In a separate pot,fry onions,take it out in a plate,add in the tomatoes,coriander,mint and aloo bukharay and crush with hands.
- In a big pot,add in the chicken with masala, pour the onion mixture evenly,put boiled potatoes and sprinkle the food coloring,pour the rice and drizzle 1/2 cup Oil.
- Cover with a lid.Put the flame on high for initial 7 mins.
- Once the it is extremely hot,lower the flame and keep it on dum for 10 -15 mins.
- Once cooked,mix well and enjoy with chilled cold drink 😋❤
