- Once water starts boiling add soaked basmati rice.
- Cover with lid and place a weight over the lid. Cook for 5 mins on high flame. After 5 mins you can see fumes coming out from lid.
- Reduce the flame and cook for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins biryani is ready serve it with curd raitha.
