Instructions to make Beef Biryani:
  1. Take a deep wok, pour 1 cup oil then add sliced onions fry till golden brown then add beef and ginger garlic paste fry it then add all whole all spices, fry it then add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, sal bhonofy it.
  2. Then add sliced tomatoes and bhonofy again add 2 glass water and cover the lid until meat tenders.
  3. On the other stove take a deep wok half fill with water, add 2 tbsp oil, whole all spices, bay leaves, some mint leaves, add salt as per taste, cover the lid until boil comes into the water
  4. Take a wok, add some oil, then layer rice then beef gravy, potatoes, green chillies, mint, coriander, then repeat rice and after layering add some zafran essence. sprinkle orange food colour, fry onion on top then put on dum until Steam up.
  5. Tadaaa biryani is ready, Enjoy.
  6. Boil potatoes with some orange food colour. when water boils add soaked rice in water when they became 1/3 done, drain the water and keep aside. Add packet masala, dried plums and yogurt in meat and Dry all the water from meat.
