  1. Rice ko 2 tsp salt daal kar boil kar lain.
  2. Beef ko pani main boil kar lain. 5 minutes boiling kay baad beef ka sara pani phaink dain aur beef ko alug rukh dain.
  3. Ab pressure cooker main 3 glass pani dal kar garam krain. Pani garam ho jaey to beef daal dain.
  4. Beef main onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, tmaam garam masalay add kar kay 30 minutes ka pressure dain.
  5. Pressure kay baad pani dry kar kay oil add krain aur bhoon lain.
  6. Ab dahi add krain aur oil nazar aanay tuk bhoon lain.
  7. Ab daighchay main rice aur beef ki layer laga dain. Sath hi yellow colour liquid daal dain.
  8. Isi tra baki layers laga dain
  9. Ab 15 minutes ka dum day dain. Biryani ready hay.
