Steps to make Tikka biryani:
- Take a bowl add tikka masala, ginger garlic paste.
- Lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add yellow food colour and mix gently.
- Merinate for 1 hour.
- Take a wok, put olive and tomatoes.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add merinated chicken.
- Cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until chicken tender.
- Once the chicken done, place a peel of onion on chicken put the burning coal and pour oil on the top.
- Before fumes come, cover the lid immediately so the bbq aroma stay there.
- After 5 mins, uncover the wok. fumes will come out with yummy bbq smell.
- Tikka is ready. Set a side.
- Take another pot, add water, salt and whole spices.
- Bring water to a boil, add rice. Cook for 5 minutes and drain completely. About 70% cooked.rice should still be raw in the middle.
- In the same rice pot, make layers. Firstly, put Chicken tikka.
- Then add Rice and put tomatoes, green chillies and brown onions.
- Repeat the same.
- Add yellow food colour.
- Once the layering is done. Let it rest for 15 minutes on low flame.
