  17. Take 2,3 badiyan phool
  18. Make ready 2 bay leaves
  19. Take 1 tbsp any good brand biryani masala
  20. Take 3 cups basmati rice
  21. Take 2 lemon slices and 1 tomato 🍅 slices
  22. Prepare 1/4 yellow colour
  23. Prepare Few drops red colour
  24. Get 1/4 cup milk
  25. Get 2 tbsp podina
  26. Make ready 2 potato cubes (optional)
  27. Make ready 1/4 tsp jaifal javatri powder

  7. Now shifting the rice in motton pot and set the layers of biryani and spread the colour, tomato, brown onions and lemon slices and spread 3,4 tbsp lukewarm milk like this way also add 2 tbsp ghee on the top of biryani and dum it for 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes open the lid and mix the biryani and keep set in small patili and dish like this way.
