  2. Prepare Onion 2 chopped

Main Ingredients : Mutton Mince, Basmati rice (बासमती चावल) Keema Biryani or Mutton Keema Biryani is a subtly spiced Biryani that combines perfectly cooked, flavorful minced meat with Indian spices and Long grain, aromatic Biryani rice. If you do not prefer bone on the meat, then this Biryani will definitely excite you. One such variant is the keema biryani that uses minced meat instead of chunks of meat.

Steps to make Qeema Biryani:
  1. Wash minced then heat oil in wok fry onions till golden brown. Add ginger and garlic paste for 2mins. Add minced in it and stir till 3mins on medium flame.
  2. Add all spices, let the minced cook in it's own water no need for extra water.
  3. Cover it for 10 to 15mins on low flame. Until the oil separated.
  4. Now in another wok spread half of boiled rice on base.
  5. Then layer of minced beef on it.
  6. Again layer of boiled rice. Add food color and kewra water, green chilli sliced. Mint leaves and sliced lemon.
  7. On the flame close the lid and dum for 5mins. After this off the flame mix the rice up side down. And serve it with raita.
