Steps to make Chicken Biryani:
- Marination - : Marinate the chicken with Curd, Salt, Turmeric & black pepper & Ginger Garlic Paste and keep aside for 30mins.
- In.cooker take hee add dalchini, bay Leaves, Mustard Seeds, curry leaves when mustard starts spluttering add onion and saute till golden brown.
- Now add chicken, mix well and cover let it cook for 5 min. Then add basmati rice, mix it gently. Then add 2 cups water.
- In a bowl take warm milk and saffron and Mix Well and drop it all over the rice. Add 1 tbsp ghee on the top.
- Cover the cooker lid and let it cook for 1 whistle and switch off the gas. Let the cooker stay with closed lid for 10 min. This will allow the rice to cook perfectly.
- Now enjoy the Biryani with dahi raita.
