  7. Jab aloo gal jaye isme chawal or podinadal dein 2 minutes baad sela chawal apna pani chorte hai
  8. Ab apne 2 minutes baad check krna bai pani chawal se 1 inch upar ho agar nh hai to pani shamil kar skti hai
  9. Jab pani dry hne lage upar se fry pyaz, zarde ka rang or kewra dal ke dum oe rkhden 15 minutes
  10. 15 minutes baad chawal ko mix kar ke mazeed 5 minutes dum dein ab garam garam serve karein
